Luis Enrique insists he will not stand in Pedro's way if he wants to quit Barcelona.
Chelsea are eyeing a £20million move for the Spanish international with Jose Mourinho making a special push to get his man.
Pedro is due back at Barcelona for training on Wednesday, but coach Enrique is prepared to let the 27-year-old move on.
He said: “I don’t want anyone to leave but there is a clause. We have to respect his decision.
“I do not deceive anyone and I do not guarantee anyone playing time. It will be his personal decision.”

Pedro has revealed he has revealed offers, with the Blues prepared to hand him a four-year deal.
He was committed to staying at the Nou Camp after penning a long-term contract last month but now accepts his future is in doubt.
He said: "It's true I have received important offers but don't want to say more out of respect for my club.
"My situation is complicated because I want to play a lot of minutes but that is becoming very difficult at Barcelona."
